This tree down by the river of Idaho Falls, ID is fantastic. Changed the setting to black and white, and it really pops. So hauting and....Gothic!
A double row of trees lining the gravel road on my grandparents' 100 acre property in Idaho. November 2015.
I started these photos at 7:30 AM when the light was blue as could be and it was snowing the entire time.
This tree and the previous one is the same tree my brother, cousin and I buil a fort undearneath when we were kids. I could still see slabs of wood lying under the snow; remainds after it had been trampled to death by the cows.
I had to lie on the sidewalk and point the camera upwards for this shot. This series of photos were for my photography assignment and I liked that this photo created a stark contrast from all the others.
By the way, Dendrophillia is someone who has a great love of trees.
Down by the Greenbelt of Idaho Falls.
Greenbelt Park of Downtown Histroica Idaho Falls.
This was an image that I decided not to use in my photography final, but it was a weaker contender in comparison to the others. We were only alloted 6 images for the series.
